In-Sight: Infinitely Rich

Thomas Merton observed his hermitage placed in the middle of irises and day lillies, with honeybees flying among them gathering nectar. He wrote, “To be part of all this is to be infinitely rich.”

Perhaps there is no greater deception than to believe we are rich only when we have accumulated man-made items, rather than finding our wealth by interacting with the God-made items all around us.
