First Day: “Summer Time…..”

As we enter the summer months, I have a couple of things to share with you…

(1) The decision to create an Oboedire Facebook page has expanded the ministry.  It is a good medium for sharing brief, “current” thoughts about Christian formation.

(2) This blog will remain the mainstay location for the more-substantive and sustained writing.  It continues to grow, and I take that as a sign that the posts are beneficial.

But…once again, it’s summertime!  So, the Oboedire blog posts will slow down, appearing only on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday–not daily.  And the anchor will remain The Holy Gospel each Saturday. I still consider this the key post of the week.

If you are connecting with the Oboedire Facebook page too, the writing there will also slow down, and as with all other Facebook messages, the writing will happen when it happens.

I hope you can make “summer alterations” in your life and pace, and that these coming months will be good ones for you. Whether you follow Oboedire here on the blog, on Facebook, or both—thanks for being part of this formation family.

We will go beyond 100,000 visits to Oboedire in June. Hard to believe Oboedire has been going three years!
